Pasta Pie

This is just too cool not to share!  I don’t eat much pasta, because as my sister-in-law says, my wife is a carbophobe.  But, I think this would be just as good with brown rice pasta!  This is from a great blog that if you have not checked it out yet, you should!  It’s called recipebyphoto.  It is just step by step photos like the one below that show you how to make all kinds of great recipes!  So a couple of things that I would ad to the photo.  I would under cook the pasta a bit, or at least make sure it is al dente.  Also, the pasta gets baked in a spring form pan like this one for $10.  And, lastly, I would say bake this at about 350 F until the cheese is nicely browned.  This will be a great addition to my repertoire when we have guests!
