Sometimes, music is the only way I can get through a workout, especially if it is running. The only problem is, running is easier for some than it is for others. I am one of those who dread running as a form of exercise. Swimming, dancing and aerobics are much better for me, as it provides a fun alternative to running that keeps my mind off the workout with music! While surfing on Pinterest, I found four great workout regimens that can be tacked onto a simple 10-20 minute run.
